Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arrival later than 6 p.m. we request that you to let us know. Please note that check-in is possible until 10 p.m. at the latest.
Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Subject to availability we can offer a late check-out in which case 50% of the room rate is charged (you can use the room until 8 p.m.).
Should you wish to enjoy our wellness facilities after 11 a.m. on the day of your departure, we will charge € 25 per adult and € 10 per child (from 10 – 15 years) including bath towels and bathrobes for the duration of your stay.

Cancellation policy
Booking cancellations are accepted in writing only. The Rules and Regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association apply: no cancellation fees up until three months prior arrival, 40% of the travel price until 1 month prior arrival, 70% of the travel price until 1 week prior arrival and 90% of the travel price for cancellations within the last week prior arrival.
In case of cancellations on short-term notice or early departure you will be charged 90% of the rate for the entire reservation, if we are not able to re-let the room.

Deduction for bed and breakfast
We do not give discounts in case of non-consumed meals. € 7 per person/night will be deducted from the half board room rate for rooms booked with bed and breakfast only.

Double room for single occupancy
All hotels feature comfortable single rooms. However, should you wish to book one of our double rooms for single use a surcharge will be added to the regular room rate.

Dogs / Pets
Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends along! Rate per animal/night exclusive food: € 12. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, in the wellness area or in the meadow in front of the hotel. Owners will be charged in the event of damage or soiling caused by their pet.

Local tax and tourism charges
The local tax and tourism charges of € 2.97 per person per night (for over 17s) are to be paid separately on site.

Reservation confirmation
Reservations are only valid if we receive your written confirmation by e-mail or fax as well as a down payment to the amount of € 350 per room for Hotel Kirchheimerhof, or your credit card details (Mastercard, Diners, Visa) with expiration date to secure payment. Reservations without advance payment cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking in the Harmony‘s
We would like to point out that smoking is prohibited in the Harmony’s Hotels since 1 January 2009 (Austrian non-smoking law). We have placed ashtrays for you on the balconies and in front of the hotel entrance! The hotel will charge the guest in the event of damage.

Travel and cancellation insurance
We recommend guests taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (5% of the booked travel price).
