Bad Kleinkirchheim knows no compromise: nowhere else can you get from the perfect pistes so quickly to the refreshing spas. Decisions on the snowfall on more than hundred kilometres of ski runs are made by the piste experts with their 800 snow-making machines – and no longer by Mother Nature alone.
Skiers, snowboarders or cross-country skiers craving relaxation are then awaited by two spas, 26 indoor pools of hotels and 50 saunas: they all offer a bathing culture steeped in tradition that already attracted guests from all over the world when the concept of “wellness” didn’t even exist.
Reichenau plateau, the Falkert, Patergassen, the Turracher Höhe and St. Lorenzen are sure to make you feel good. The “Heidi Ski Park” is also incredibly popular with the kids. The funny figures always help the ski dwarves practise their moves!
